In 2014, we began a forward-thinking transition by merging into The R Group II, setting the stage for the next generation of leadership. This process culminated in 2021 with the transfer of ownership and oversight to Richard Richardson Sr.'s three sons: Richard Jr., Beryl, and Dewayne Richardson. This new leadership team brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives, positioning us to tackle the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.
